Shipping policy

All orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday) and shipped from our Sydney, NSW warehouse.

We endeavour to dispatch your order the same day or the next business day. To track the status of your parcel, you will receive a tracking number from Australia Post. 

Attempted delivery: To be more sustainable, Australia Post are moving away from leaving cards after an attempted delivery. If you have a MyPost personal account, they will let you know about an attempted delivery with a digital notification instead. You can choose whether you receive notifications by email, app or SMS.

Please allow extra time during peak delivery times such as the holiday season and NSW public holidays.

Our Free Shipping is valid on orders over $49.99* including delivery anywhere in Australia.

Please note, the Free Shipping does not apply to:

* 1L Sorbolene products. A shipping fee will apply if these items are added to an order over $49.99. 
* Other promotions or discount codes
* Major Sales (e.g. Mothers Day, Black Friday)
* Friends & Family Pricing

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Please also note that the shipping rates are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to USA, UK, Canada, Mexico and New Zealand.
Please note that all import duties, taxes and charges are unable to be included in the item, shipping and handling costs. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with the customs office in the destination country to determine what these additional costs will be before proceeding with your purchase.

It's the responsibility of the customer to check for import requirements, restrictions and fees and takes no responsibility for any additional fees incurred from International Customs.  

Plunkett Pharmaceuticals has no control or association with International Postal Operations and, as such, takes no responsibility for damaged items or items claimed to be missing. We are unable to refund international orders where such claims are made. We recommend placing such claims with your local customs or postal service. 

CLICK & COLLECT

Click and collect is available for those who live in the local area and are happy to come and collect their package from our office in Warriewood, Sydney, Australia. Please note we will email you once it's been packed and available for collection.

Collection is available between 9 am to 3 pm Monday to Friday.
