sticky free aloe vera

I am so impressed with this moisturising lotion - every other aloe vera based producs I've used has felt sticky after application. This felt thick in the hand but somehow melted effortlessly into the skin, leaving me feeling hydrated and soft. There's next to no smell which I appreciate, and the bottle is easy to open and dispense the amount you need. I mostly used this on my whole body before bed as a daily moisturiser, but I can see how it would be especially soothing after a day in the sun. I received this product from Plunkett's to review.

Moisturises without feeling greasy or sticky

I've been using the Plunkett's Hi-Potency Aloe Vera Moisturising and Soothing Lotion for the past couple of weeks and everything about it has impressed me - from the foil peel off tamper-proof seal to the ease of dispensing. Silly me, I was surprised at the cream - I was expecting something green and gel like but it's a white thick lotion with no discernable fragrance. I love the thick texture of the lotion, I'm not a fan of drippy products that make a mess while I'm trying to apply them. I do burn sometimes because I'm a little forgetful when applying sunscreen but it had faded by the time I received this product so I did not get an opportunity to use it for this reason. I've usually been applying after my shower and have used it after shaving and also after waxing with no issues. I found the cream to be moisturising without feeling greasy and importantly did not leave my hands feeling greasy after. My legs were nice and soft after application, no sticky, icky feeling.

This lotion soothed my skin, calming the redness without any irritation. It was easily absorbed and didn't leave any greasy or sticky residue, and it left my skin feeling soft and smooth.
